What Does the following CT Scan Report Indicate?

should i worry about this? this is the result from a CT Scan with contrast: The left adrenal gland contains a 1 cm low-density abnormality which is probably an adenoma. A followup CT without contrast is suggested to confirm this. There are small bilateral cortical renal cysts otherwise the kidneys appear normal. There is symmetric enhancement of the renal parenchyma, no secondary changes of pyelonephritis and no hydronephrosis is seen. The bladder wall is within normal limits and partially filled. The ureters are not distended. There is collecting system contrast seen bilaterally.
